This Privacy Policy explains how H9 Studio ("H9", "we", "us") handles information in connection with this website, h-9.studio. We built this site to be as lightweight as possible: it does not run analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies, and the only personal information that passes through it is what you choose to share when booking a call.
Information We Collect
Information you provide when booking a call. This site embeds a scheduling widget from Calendly. When you book a discovery call, Calendly collects the details you enter, typically your name, email address, and any notes you add, and shares them with us so we can prepare for and follow up on the call. That booking flow is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and performance purposes. We do not currently use first-party analytics or advertising tracking on this site.
How We Use Information
- To schedule, confirm, and prepare for discovery calls.
- To respond to questions sent to us directly.
- To keep the site secure and working correctly.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of outside services to run this site and our booking flow: Calendly for scheduling, and Google Fonts, served from Google's own servers, for typography. Each of these providers may process limited technical data (like an IP address) under their own privacy policies.
We Don't Sell Your Data
We do not sell or rent personal information. We only share it with the service providers named above, or when required by law.
Data Retention
We keep contact details for as long as reasonably necessary to manage our relationship with you and to meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to how it's processed (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
International Transfers
We work with clients and partners in many countries, so information may be processed outside the country where you live.
Children's Privacy
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
